I recently had a client meeting that required business travel.  It was a long, busy day with prep and then finally the video conference call – which went over by an hour.  Trying to find a taxi in Beijing’s central business district between four and seven pm is almost impossible and I had a flight in two hours.

The client asked what time my flight was and then said – “We’ll have a driver take you there, just wait a few minutes.”  Fifteen minutes later I was ensconced in a huge black spotless Lincoln town car,  on my way to the airport.  Not bad.
